RIDEST

One platform.
Three roles.
Same page

RIDEST connects Artists, Managers & Bookers and Events, so everybody can organize every show on the same page: one presskit, one calendar, and every change reaches the right people in real time.

Booking a show involves three sides, and today each one works with its own copy. The Artist has the bio in a Word file, the Manager or Booker keeps dates in emails and spreadsheets, and the Event waits for the latest PDF. Every change means another round of messages, and somebody is always working with outdated information.

RIDEST ends that. Artists, Managers & Bookers and Events share one beautiful one-page presskit and one booking calendar. Whoever changes something updates it for everybody involved, and everyone sees it in real time.

Artists, Managers & Bookers and Events

Everyone works on the same up-to-date information, first-hand from the right person, and gets notified about changes as they happen. There are no outdated PDFs, no missing photos and no endless back-and-forth emails.

For Artists

  • All-in-one presskit

PDFs, images, texts, social links and streaming links combine into one clean, professional page.

  • Tips and tricks built in

We show you how to make your presskit look more professional and which information Events actually want to see.

  • Full control, always

You decide who gets access to your presskit, and you can remove that access at any time.

  • Share it your way

Send your presskit by link to anyone you like, whether or not they're on RIDEST.

For Managers & Bookers and Events

  • Request access

Request access to the presskits you need, directly on the platform.

  • Get everything in one place

Bio, press photos, music, links and files, so you can start your marketing activities right away.

  • Trust what you see

The information comes straight from the Artist, so it's current and reliable.

  • Work on the same dates

Calendar entries with timeline, route, hotel and dinner can be shared with the people who need them.

Better information,
better shows

Artists present themselves exactly the way they want to be seen. Managers & Bookers keep every roster, request and date in view. Events get reliable details first-hand, without chasing anyone. RIDEST makes sure that information is easy to find, understand and use, for everybody involved.
