Right of Withdrawal

Closed Alpha

During the Closed Alpha, RIDEST is free of charge and no paid plans can be bought. No payment duty arises, so no right of withdrawal arises yet. The information below applies from the moment paid plans are offered to consumers.

Who has a right of withdrawal

This right applies to consumers (people who sign up for private purposes). If you use RIDEST for your trade, business or profession (for example as a booking agency or event company), you are not a consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply. Our free plan does not need a withdrawal because it creates no payment duty.

Instructions on withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nico Mutert, Blankenburger Straße 10, 49565 Bramsche, email: nico.mutert@gmail.com) by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice before the period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for the reimbursement.

If you asked us to start the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the part of the service already provided up to the time you told us about the withdrawal, in proportion to the full scope of the contract.

Early expiry for digital services

Your right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully provided the service, but only if you expressly agreed that we start before the withdrawal period ends and you confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal when the service is fully provided (§ 356 (4) BGB). This agreement and confirmation are requested in the checkout.
