If you find illegal content on RIDEST (for example on a public press kit), please report it to this address with the exact link, the reason why you consider it illegal and your name and email address (Art. 16 DSA). We review every notice and tell you our decision.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).

Liability for content and links

Content that users upload (profiles, press kits, files) is the responsibility of the respective user. We check it once we learn of a violation and remove illegal content without delay. External links lead to third-party sites whose content we do not control. Illegal content on linked sites was not recognisable when the links were set; if we learn of it, we remove the link without delay.
